As Needed Party Rentals has proudly served the Metroplex area for more than 20 years specializing in providing Party & Event rentals in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

We provide beautiful party rentals to accommodate weddings, birthdays, corporate events, proms, reunions and other unique events. Our rental inventory consists of a selection of tables, chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, table overlays, table runners, sashes, centerpieces, backdrops, floral arrangements, chocolate fountains, frozen drink machine, marquee letters and colored up lighting. Our goal is to be set and ready before the first guest arrives.

We can supply you with lovely centerpieces such as lanterns, flowers, vases, or unique candles. Our backdrops are unique and beautiful, with different combinations of colors in your vision. We will arrange for you to speak with one of our Event Specialists to turn your vision into a reality.

In addition, we offer spacious venues for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthday parties, Quinceañeras, company banquets, award ceremonies, and corporate meetings. From an extravagant ballroom to an intimate banquet facility, we promise you the experience of a lifetime.
